10/25/2023 Had our first regular dental visit with my toddler. Dr Myers was thorough in how to brush his baby teeth and discussed nursing in regards to cavities. Love the education. Very busy office, but they have books and some games. Wish they didn’t have the tv, but I guess I get it for some parents that do screen time…everyone was nice except our dental hygienist seemed annoyed from the start that I wasn’t able to come as soon as she called (I have a toddler with a diaper bag and it takes a second to pick both up!). And continued with the attitude even with her coworkers! Hoping maybe she’s just new and having a rough day. Rescheduled next visit for someone different. Maybe that will be a 5 star review. From the front desk to the back of the office everyone had such a great attitude and friendly smiling faces, we didn’t wait even 5 minutes before being seen, it was my daughters first time and she would not sit still at all, Dr.K and her team were very patient with us and did everything they could to make us comfortable.
I appreciate each and every one of you amazing ladies and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a great place to bring my daughter! Thank you so much!! ❤️ Samantha Aldridge Google

10/10/2023 Such a great experience for both of my boys first time at the dentist! The entire staff from the front desk to the treatment area are all so kind and caring. The dentist was so nice and took time to explain everything in detail. We are so happy we found such a great place to continue dental care! 10/10 recommend!!! Ashley Lorraine Google

06/14/2023 I’ve been taking my two daughters there for few years now. We always had a great experience. Today my daughter had to have her baby teeth extracted and Dr. K did fantastic. My daughter didn’t even realize when her teeth were pulled out. I highly recommend this place. Karolina Piwonski Google
05/15/2023 Dr. Myers, Shelly and Jasmine were all absolutely fantastic!! Each one of them were really great & thoroughly answered all of my questions. They were all a wealth of information! I received really great advice and suggestions on everything I asked for, even for my own teeth! I recommend them to anyone looking for great dental care, as well as a terrific experience! 05/09/2023 As a very picky mama, I can honestly say we have had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Myers and his staff. Our very first appointment was scheduled to have our newborn’s lip ties released and seven years later we have no complaints. They focus on holistic options whenever possible and have never pushed anything I preferred to avoid. Through routine appointments and some special dental care our kids have been very well taken care of.
I’m also a birth doula and childbirth educator and recommend Dr. Myers to all of my clients.

03/13/2023 I’ve been coming to Dr. Meyers and this location since my daughter was 2 months old and we always had the best treatment. My daughter absolutely loves here! Mrs. Britney did her cleaning and impressions today and it was an amazing experience. Dr. Meyers was also there and took the time to educate me on ways to keep my daughter’s mouth and teeth healthy. If I could, I would give them 10 stars 🙌. I highly recommend them Michelle Pereira Google

01/05/2023 If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I was referred here (hodges location) by a family member about a year ago for my daughter. She needed an extraction done. After her nitrous gas was administered, my daughter became sick. The Dr. seemed very annoyed and aggravated that it happened, the assistant even asked me to "get up and help with your daughter" (the vomit out of her hair and chair). What a nightmare for a little girl to experience! Next, comes the billing department. They never tell you what your treatment plan will cost, insurance billing department is a joke. I even made a payment plan and they didn't let me schedule a follow up appointment! The girl I spoke to about it was very, very rude. She said things like "yep, nope" responses with the worst attitude. I will never come back to this dreaded place. A B Google
12/05/2022 We've been going to Myers ever since my oldest had her first tooth (she's 7). Its always busy but we schedule their appts each visit (so 6 month ahead). Today i receive a call that I need to contact them due to our appt for January needs to be reschedule due to staff issues. I called and they said next available is July ... July 2023!!... that is 6 months away... The girls need their teeth cleaned every 6 month, its standard practice. I asked to be considered for a different date as it wasn't me trying to reschedule, it was due to their staff issues. The secretary simply said she'll cancel my appt and to call if I want to book the appt for July. I have private insurance and honestly don't need this issues in my life right now. 09/27/2022 Took my 5 year old daughter there today and she had alot done. Well we are home now and she tells me "mom she was a great dentist". Lol I think that says it all. Thank you! lydia idris Google
09/20/2022 Our daughters retainer had fallen out and needed to be reinstalled. So we called and an appointment was made mid-week and mid-day causing our daughter to miss a day school. No problem, we would just get a Dr note.
On the day of the appointment, we received a text stating the appointment was at the Middleburg office (well over an hour away for us traveling from Jax beach).
At the time the appointment was made, we were never once told the appointment was in Middleburg. We have always gone to beach blvd location.
We called the beach blvd office (again) hoping to simply reschedule and stop in pick up a school note for our daughter (who had now missed most of her school day) but the lady who answered the phone refused. In a very condescending tone, she said "if we didn't see your daughter, we can't provide a note. Sorry. " as if writing a note explaining the simple mixup was somehow unethical or wrong. Instead, we had to spend additional time in the school administration office explaining why our daughter missed most of the school day. Thankfully the school staff was much more rational than the staff at Myers.
This was such a minor issue that could have been remedied so quickly and easily, but this child-minded receptionist instead chose to create the most petty experience I have ever had with any professional place of business.
We will never go back and we'll be sure share our negative experience with our family and friends. Jason Fashner Google

07/26/2022 Great place to take your children. Everyone was so friendly and really made it a great experience for my 5 and 11 year old. We hope to be patients here for the long run. 07/12/2021 My daughter had her first dentist appt today. Everyone I encountered was so kind and welcoming including the receptionist who was doing multiple things at the same time. She still took a second to welcome us warmly. Even though my daughter was scared and cried, the hygienist and dentist were so kind and gentle with her. I should have gotten the name of the hygienist- she was wonderful, I remember she had long blonde hair. Thank you Myers dentistry for being so patient and kind! Ellen Watson Google
04/28/2021 I have NEVER had a better experience..I have 3 children age 12, 6 and 4. In my years of being a mom I have never seen a doctor/dentist/nurse care for my kids and treat them so special the way they did. Ive only been to a few appointments but I can tell the experience my children have had with them they will hold on to for years. Growing up I always feared going to the dentist, soon as we got in the car my kids was asking when can we come back. Absolutely amazing experience for my kids and me. Thank you all so very much!
They are not in network with Tricare Primes dental insurance unfortunately. BUT worth every out of pocket expense. Highly recommend!!! Kinda wish they took adults..lol C Ross Google
